Packed with antioxidants A, C, E and selenium,
this power breakfast will give you genius power to last
the whole day!
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup chopped blueberries
1/2 cup chopped raspberries
2 cups brown rice, millet or oatmeal
2 teaspoons flaxseed
2 teaspoons mixed nuts
Place all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Cover, lower heat, and simmer about 10-12 minutes. Remove
from heat. Drain liquid to thin mixture, add to thicken.
Put mixture back on to simmer an additional 10-12 minutes.
Stir and eat.
